Provided expert analysis of the newly developed database marketing system on monetizing the recently implemented solution.  Provided perspective on Customer Information Management issues such as quality, privacy, security and management of data resources.

 

Development of strategy to leverage customer data across all touch points and all channels to create profitable relationships with best customers.  Provided process improvement and CRM Best Practices for customer identification at retail POS.

 

Project Team approach to existing CRM strategy assessment, IT solution evaluation and development of CRM Roadmap plan including Marketing Gap Analysis, Micro and Macro Issue Evaluation, Production Project Plan and CRM Best Practices.  Program management of co-branded credit card project.

 

Created, planned and executed direct mail contact strategy for two seasons and managed database management vendor.  Provided an assessment of outsourced customer database solution and created new Database RFP.

 

Helped with the successful redesign and implementation of the new online customer acquisition web application and prospect database consisting of hundreds of millions of prospect names from various credit bureaus.
